Do\u011fum kontrol haplar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulunan suni \u00f6strojen (ethinyl estradiol) yumurta b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini sa\u011flayan FSH hormonunun beyinde (hipofiz) \u00fcretimini azaltarak yumurta geli\u015fimini&nbsp;engellemektedir. Do\u011fum kontrol haplar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulunan suni progesteron hormonu (19- nortestosteron) ise yumurtlamay\u0131 sa\u011flayan LH hormonunun beyinde (hipofiz) \u00fcretimini azaltarak yumurtlamay\u0131 engellemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-dark-pink-color\">Zaten polikistik over sendromu\u2019nda da sorun do\u011fum kontrol hap\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi&nbsp;yumurta geli\u015fimi ve yumurtlaman\u0131n&nbsp;olmamas\u0131d\u0131r. Polikistik over sendromu olup da do\u011fum kontrol hap\u0131 kullanan kad\u0131nlarda damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihtimali daha da&nbsp;artmaktad\u0131r. Bir de fark\u0131na var\u0131lmadan&nbsp;do\u011fu\u015ftan p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fma bozuklu\u011fu olanlar&nbsp;(thrombophilias)&nbsp;taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda beyin veya akci\u011fer damarlar\u0131n\u0131n bir p\u0131ht\u0131 par\u00e7as\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan t\u0131kanmas\u0131 ve bunun sonucunda da ki\u015finin hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmesi ihtimali daha da&nbsp;artmaktad\u0131r&nbsp;(1,2,3,4,12,13,14,15).
